Information we collect

• Order & contact details — your name, email, phone (optional), and the shipping address you provide at checkout.
• Quilt details — your quilt's size, the design/options you choose, and any embroidered-label text or notes you enter.
• Payment information — handled entirely by our payment processor (Stripe). We never see or store your full card number.
• Basic usage analytics — anonymous, aggregated page-view and event data, collected without cookies (see below).

Cookies & tracking

We use cookieless analytics— we do not set advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not build profiles of you across other websites. That's why you won't see a cookie-consent banner here.

How we use your information

• To price, process, and fulfill your quilting order.
• To communicate with you about your order (confirmations, shipping label, status, and questions).
• To create a prepaid shipping label, if you choose one.
• To improve our website and prevent errors and fraud.

Photos of your quilt

We photograph every quilt when it arrives and before it ships back — for our records and to document its condition. These photos are kept internally and are not shared publicly. We will only feature photos of your quilt on our website or social media if you opt in at checkout, and we won't attach your name without separate permission.

Service providers we share with

We share only the information each provider needs to do its job, and we don't sell your personal information to anyone.

• Stripe — payment processing and sales-tax calculation.
• MongoDB Atlas — secure storage of your order record.
• Resend — sending your order and shipping emails.
• Shippo — generating prepaid shipping labels.
• Vercel — website hosting and cookieless analytics.
• Sentry — error monitoring to keep the site reliable.

Data retention

We keep order records as long as needed to provide the service and to meet tax, accounting, and legal obligations. You may ask us to delete information that we're not required to keep.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information by emailing hello@utahlongarmquilting.com. We'll respond within a reasonable time.

Children

Our service is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We'll revise the “last updated” date above when we do.
